Installing lowering springs on OEM shocks can lead to issues like poor ride quality, noises, and accelerated shock wear due to reduced travel. The TruHart Sport Shocks are specifically engineered as short stroke shocks to address these problems, designed to work with TruHart Lowering Springs and any other spring that lowers a vehicle by at least 1 inch. These shocks are not compatible with factory springs. They feature a shorter piston and body with performance valving, NOK oil seals, and include new bump stops to ensure optimal performance and longevity when used with lowered vehicles. These sport shocks utilize a twin-tube design, providing dampening characteristics that balance a sporty feel with streetable comfort for daily driving. Key features include performance valving for enhanced dampening, durable NOK oil seals, and integrated bump stops. It is important to note that these shocks exclude hybrid models. They are compatible with 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata FWD and 2016-2020 Kia Optima models.
