Performance Upper Control Arm Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS128252 is a performance upper control arm (UCA) kit engineered to enhance wheel travel and durability for 2005-2023 Toyota Tacomas, particularly in leveled and lifted configurations. Constructed from robust 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall steel tubing and fully welded, these UCAs offer superior strength over stock components. The indexed ball joint cup design corrects ball joint positioning, allowing for increased suspension droop and improved performance. The frame mounting ends are equipped with durometer-specific rubber bushings, while the other end features premium Moog brand ball joints. This combination ensures smooth, quiet operation and superior durability compared to systems utilizing uniballs, poly bushings, or heims. Finished in a durable black powdercoat, the BDS128252 kit includes a billet aluminum machined ball joint dust cap and integrated brake line attachment points for a factory-like fit and finish. The UCAs come fully assembled for straightforward installation. It is important to note that these arms are designed for 2-3" leveling kits and are compatible with most IFS lift kits. They can be used with BDS 2.5" and 6" lift kits but are not recommended for use with BDS 4" lift kits.
