The Polini Performance Variator Kit is a performance-oriented upgrade for Yamaha C3 and Zuma 50 4-stroke scooters. It replaces the stock variator with a larger pulley design to improve overall acceleration and top speed.

The Polini Performance Variator Kit provides a race-inspired upgrade to the factory transmission on Yamaha C3 and Zuma 50 4-stroke (4T) models. By utilizing a larger 95mm diameter pulley compared to OEM components, this kit allows for improved top-end speed and more responsive acceleration when paired with the included 5g roller weights. Each kit features a low-friction ramp plate, a 13x20x38mm drive boss, green +35% clutch springs, and a 38mm, 34kg torque spring to optimize power delivery. It is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles; please verify your local regulations prior to installation. Due to the high-performance nature of these parts, they are classified as racing components and are not covered by any manufacturer warranty.
