The Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold is a dual-plane performance component designed for Chevrolet 262-400 c.i.d. Small-Block Gen I V8 engines from 1955-1986. It is constructed from aluminum with a black powder-coated finish for durability and appearance. This manifold aims to provide maximum power and a broad torque curve for street and marine applications.

The Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold (part #71013) is engineered for Chevrolet 262-400 c.i.d. Small-Block Gen I V8 engines produced between 1955 and 1986. This aluminum, dual-plane manifold is finished in a black powder coat for a lasting, distinctive look. This manifold features provisions for machining an oil fill tube and accepts late-model water necks, air conditioning, alternators, and H.E.I. ignition systems. However, it does not have provisions for exhaust-heated or stock-style chokes. While it will fit cast iron Chevrolet Bowtie heads, it is explicitly stated that it will not fit 1987 and later cast iron heads. Additionally, this intake manifold will not fit under the stock hood of a Corvette. The Performer RPM series is designed for engines operating within a 1500-6500 RPM range. This component comes with a 12-month warranty from Edelbrock.
