The Edelbrock Performer X intake manifold (part #4754) is specifically engineered for 1992-1995 Honda Civic EX models equipped with the D16Z6 SOHC engine. Designed for street/strip applications, this intake manifold focuses on delivering significant torque and horsepower improvements in the 4500-8200 rpm range. This manifold boasts a larger-than-stock plenum volume and a 9-inch runner length, features carefully tuned to maximize peak power output at higher RPMs. The operating RPM range for this intake is between 3000 and 7800 RPM. It is compatible with stock OEM injectors and can be used with an eight-injector system with part number 4779. For optimal installation, it is recommended to use an Edelbrock intake gasket. Specific gasket recommendations are provided for various Honda engine codes (B18B, B18C1, B16/B18C5, and D16), with a note that the D16y7 may require some trimming.
