PHASE EX460 Intercooler Upgrade Kit

The Komotec PHASE EX460 Upgrade is a comprehensive performance kit designed for the Lotus Exige S V6 and Sport 350 models. This upgrade leverages a water-cooled intercooler system, representing an evolution from previous EX430 systems. It features a newly developed intake manifold, milled from solid aluminum, which integrates the intercooler, injectors, and supercharger. A front-mounted heat exchanger cools the water circulating to the intercooler core, powered by an electric water pump. This system aims for high-efficiency charge-air cooling with minimal charge pressure losses and low component weight. Key benefits include a significant reduction in intake air temperature by approximately 35°C, with only 0.03 bar of boost pressure loss at 0.6 bar. The upgrade is estimated to increase power by 105 hp and torque by 80 Nm, bringing the performance data to approximately 455 hp / 480 Nm. The original supercharger is revised internally, and the system utilizes a "modificated pulley" and a stainless steel manifold with optimized pipe lengths. It also includes a 200cpsi HJS sport catalyst and an oxygen sensor extension cable. ECU software optimization for ignition and injection is also part of the package. Several variants of the EX460 upgrade are available, including options with or without an OBD programming cable for self-service software updates and fault code reading. These variants are specifically listed for the Exige S V6, Sport 350, Sport 380, and a "Swiss Kit" variant that omits the carbon airbox and OBD cable.
