With 36 levels of damping adjustment, these coilovers allow for fine-tuning to suit individual handling and comfort preferences, as the damping adjustment affects both compression and rebound simultaneously. Ksport's patented upper pillowball mounts offer enhanced adjustability and compliance, and on applicable models, provide camber adjustment, potentially eliminating the need for a separate camber kit. Many applications utilize an adjustable lower mount, ensuring height adjustability without sacrificing suspension travel, a common issue with other coilover systems. Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum, the mounts and many other components are lightweight, durable, and resistant to rust. The steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc for added protection against rust and the elements. Each shock or strut's valving is precisely matched to its corresponding spring rate, ensuring superior ride quality and reliability. The Kontrol Pro system employs a Monotube design, which separates oil and gas within the cylinder. This design dissipates heat more effectively than twin-tube constructions, allows for finer damping adjustments, and is less prone to aeration and cavitation, resulting in a more consistent ride quality. The KSport Kontrol Pro Coilover system is designed with professional road racing in mind, offering significant value and performance. These coilovers are specifically designed for the 2000-2005 Ford Focus.
