Pistabassa 320mm Front Brake Rotor

The Brembo 08C86911 is a single, 320mm x 6.75mm Pistabassa brake rotor with a black carrier, specifically designed for select Ducati models. The Pistabassa designation signifies a reduced height braking band, contributing to a lighter overall component, which is advantageous for motorcycle performance and rideability. This rotor utilizes Brembo's T-Drive coupling system, employing 8 T-shaped pins for the connection between the braking band and the billet machined aluminum bell. This design ensures that radial and axial float are not hindered, leading to increased resistance against thermal-mechanical stress and improved heat dissipation compared to fixed discs. Constructed with a steel braking band and a billet machined aluminum bell, this rotor prioritizes reduced weight. However, it is important to note that this disc is intended for race use only. Due to its 6.75mm thickness and 30mm height, it is not compatible with stock calipers. OEM calipers must be replaced with compatible Brembo Racing Calipers designed for rotors with 6mm or greater thickness.
