The Mahle Motorsport 197724950-1 is a single piston designed for Small Block Chevy engines with a 21-degree flat-top configuration. It features asymmetrical valve pockets and a flattop design with two valve reliefs.

Constructed from forged 2618 material, this piston has a mass of 468g and a crown volume of -7.9cc. The ring set includes 1.0mm, 1.0mm, and 2.0mm thickness rings, with the top and second ring grooves made of 9254 steel with phosphate and HV385 coatings respectively. The oil control ring is 2.0mm thick and made of chrome-plated stainless steel. This piston is sold individually and does not include pins or clips.
