Piston Kit

The MAHLE Motorsports Power Pak kit is a high-volume shelf stock program for high-performance enthusiasts. These pistons are made from 4032 aluminum alloy for tighter clearances and improved temperature stability. Each kit includes high-performance rings, forged pistons, a fully-machined crown, and Grafal anti-friction coating on skirts. The kit also features phosphate coating to reduce micro-welding and pin galling, and pin bores finished on CNC boring equipment. High-strength, lightweight steel pins and race-proven round wire locks are included, along with a low drag ring pak and lightweight slipper skirt forgings. The kit is specifically designed for 100mm stroke, 150mm rod length, and a 22mm pin diameter, with a -19cc dome volume. Compression ratios are 8.7:1 (DSM 47cc Head) and 9.2:1 (EVO 43cc Head).
