Piston Kit

Mahle PowerPak pistons are high-performance forged pistons that come with steel pins and wire locks. Each piston is hand-deburred and treated with a dry phosphate coating to prevent ring micro-welding and pin galling during initial engine startup. For enhanced performance and reduced friction, the piston skirts feature Mahle's proprietary Grafal anti-friction coating. This specific part, identified by the "T" suffix, includes a cutting-edge ceramic-based thermic barrier on the piston crown. This barrier is designed to be resistant to thermal shock, insulate the piston, and reduce heat transfer, ultimately increasing overall engine performance. These replacement pistons are offered in various sizes to ensure proper fitment with specific engines. This particular kit is for a Subaru 2.2L Stroker engine with a 92.50mm bore and 30.3mm compression height.
