Overview

Mahle pistons are designed as a completely finished, drop-in forged piston assembly. Beyond filing the included performance ring set, no additional work is required. With over 80 years of piston manufacturing experience, from OEM to Formula 1 racing, Mahle utilizes advanced technology in their products. These pistons come standard with an anti-friction skirt coating to reduce drag and are forged from 2618 aluminum alloy for enhanced strength and detonation resistance. Features include forced pin oiling for increased wrist pin lubrication and CNC precision-machined pin bores. The set includes .927" high-quality steel wrist pins (118g), performance 1.0, 1.0, 2.0mm rings, and race-proven round wire locks. This piston set achieves a 12.9:1 compression ratio with 64cc cylinder heads. Replaces part number SBC250030D11.
