Description

Mahle pistons are designed as a completely finished drop-in forged piston assembly. They include a performance piston ring set. Mahle utilizes advanced technology, drawing from over 80 years of piston manufacturing experience (from OEM to Formula 1 racing). These pistons feature an anti-friction skirt coating for reduced drag and and are forged from 2618 low expansion aluminum alloy for high strength and reduced piston-to-wall clearance. They also incorporate a Forced Pin Oiler for increased wrist pin lubrication. The pin bores are CNC precision-machined. Compression Ratio with 64cc Heads is 13.7:1.
