The CP-Carrillo PS737130H 7.3L Powerstroke Pro-H Connecting Rods (H-11 Bolts) are for 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. CP-Carrillo, a custom connecting rod manufacturer since 1963, uses proprietary chrome, nickel, moly, vanadium alloy meeting VAR ASTM standards. Heat treatment is validated, resulting in UTS of 195,000 and yield of 182,000, maintaining low notch-sensitivity and ductility. Manufactured from oversized forging for proper grainflow and surface inclusion removal. CNC machines use probing for dimensional integrity. Each part is magnafluxed twice and Rockwell tested. A final shotpeen operation completes the part. This set includes H-11 bolts.
