Overview

The Forge Motorsport FMDV32R is a solenoid-driven recirculation valve designed as a replacement for OEM Part Number 06N145710B. It integrates seamlessly with OEM electronics for the 2021-on VAG 2.0 TSI engine (engine codes DNP & DNFB), ensuring no performance detriment or fault codes. This valve features a full billet alloy construction with a piston-based internal design for improved reliability and rapid response, and has been tested in vehicles producing over 600bhp.

The Forge Motorsport FMDV32R is a direct replacement recirculation valve for the 2021-on VAG 2.0 TSI engine, specifically for engine codes DNP & DNFB. It serves as an upgrade over the OEM solenoid valves, which are prone to diaphragm rupture and boost leaks, and can also suffer from brittle plastic components. The FMDV32R utilizes a full billet alloy construction with a piston-based internal design, offering significantly improved reliability and lightning-fast response. This valve has been proven effective in vehicles producing upwards of 600bhp. The product page explicitly states that older, larger valves and sandwich plates will not fit this engine. Included in the box are the FMDV32 valve, a wiring harness, solenoid, bracket, screws, an uprated blue spring, a brass T-piece, cable ties, vacuum hose, and a Forge keyring and sticker. Forge Motorsport recommends servicing the valve every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first. The product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty, provided original proof of purchase is supplied.
