Piston Recirculation Valve

The Forge Motorsport FMDVRMR recirculation valve is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for your vehicle's OEM compressor bypass valve (CBV). It upgrades from a diaphragm design to a piston system, offering enhanced precision and consistency through the use of world-leading springs. All internal and external components are manufactured in the UK, utilizing heat-stabilized Viton O-rings for the pistons and high-temperature Mobil1 grease for lubrication. This valve is fully serviceable and rebuildable, ensuring no check engine lights (EML) and comes with Forge Motorsport's lifetime warranty. It replaces Saab OEM Part No. 55558627. The product includes the valve, an uprated yellow spring, an uprated blue spring, M6 x 16 socket cap bolts, and a Forge sticker. It comes pre-assembled with a green spring, but an additional yellow spring is provided, recommended for use in Renault Megane RS250, 265, or 275 models. For further tuning, a separate spring tuning kit is available. Compatibility is extensive, covering a range of Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Renault, Saab, and Volvo models. Specific fitments include Volvo S60 T5 (2001-2004 with B5234T3 engine), Saab 9-3 Aero/Arc/Vector (2003-2005 with 2.0 16v Turbo), and various Renault Megane generations. It is noted that this valve will not work on diesel engines. Forge recommends servicing the valve every 3 years or 20,000 miles.
