Description

The JE Pistons J82008-4040-5 is a piston ring set designed for turbo and nitrous applications. These rings feature 20% more tensile strength than conventional ductile iron top rings. The set includes a barrel-faced torsional hardened ductile iron manganese-coated top ring, a taper-face phosphate-coated reverse torsional second ring, and standard 3-piece low-tension oil rings. The bore size is 4.040 inches, with ring dimensions of 1/16" for the top and second rings, and 3/16" for the oil ring. They are file-fit for custom gapping.
