Piston Set

These Mahle Motorsport pistons are designed as a high-performance, drop-in forged piston assembly. They are forged from 4032 low expansion aluminum alloy for high strength and reduced piston-to-wall clearance, and feature an anti-friction skirt coating. Each set includes a performance piston ring set (1.0mm, 1.0mm, 2.0mm rings), .927" high-quality steel wrist pins (118g, 58.1mm length, 23.55mm diameter), and race-proven round wire locks. They also incorporate forced pin oiling for increased wrist pin lubrication and CNC precision-machined pin bores. The pistons are flat top with two valve reliefs, a -5.0cc crown volume, and a compression height of 1.250". The set has a piston mass of 437g and achieves a 10.4:1 compression ratio with 64cc cylinder heads. They are TBC coated.
