The Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) for Europe bridges the gap between classic vehicle aesthetics and modern digital technology. Designed to seamlessly integrate into the interior with its original Porsche look and lettering, this head unit features a 3.5-inch touchscreen display. It enhances the driving experience by providing state-of-the-art functionality. Key features of the PCCM include integrated on-board navigation with 2D, 3D, and basic arrow view options, along with Porsche-specific points of interest (POI). Map data is managed via an SD card, which must be purchased separately. For media enjoyment, the system supports playback through SD card, USB, AUX, and Bluetooth®. Additionally, it offers modern connectivity options like DAB+ digital radio and Apple CarPlay, which can be used for media playback, navigation, and telephone calls. This European version of the PCCM is specifically designed for vehicles equipped with a DIN-1 slot. Porsche Classic recommends professional installation by a Porsche Partner to ensure proper integration. The system is compatible with a wide range of Porsche models, including the 911 F (1965-1973), 911 (1974-1983), 911 Turbo (1975-1989), 911 Carrera (1984-1989), 914, 924, 928, 944, 959, 964, 968, and 993.
