Its robust construction features brazed copper tubes with aluminum fins, while internal turbulators significantly enhance cooling efficiency by providing 3.5 times more surface area than bare tubing. With a flow rate capability of 2-16 GPM, this one-pass cooler offers a substantial cooling capacity ranging from 16,900 to 25,900 BTU/hour. It is equipped with 1/2-inch NPT fittings for easy integration. The overall dimensions are approximately 8.5 inches high by 21 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, such as bolts, nuts, washers, and vibration-absorbing rubber insulators, along with steel mounting straps to ensure a secure installation.
