The Ford SP596 is a genuine OE platinum spark plug engineered to meet the high performance and reliability standards of 3.5L EcoBoost engines. Featuring a gasket seat design and an indexed ground electrode, this component provides an exact match for factory ignition specifications to ensure optimal combustion efficiency and engine performance. This spark plug is specifically designed for 2022 and newer Ford F-150 and Expedition models, as well as the Lincoln Navigator 3.5L V6, and is compatible with select 2021 models built after July 19, 2021. It is critical to note that this part is designed for gasket seat applications and is not compatible with vehicles requiring tapered seat spark plugs, such as earlier 3.5L EcoBoost configurations using different plug types like the SP550X or SP594.
