This all-in-one assembly features a non-epoxied furnace-brazed core with 1.8 liters of fluid capacity to reduce intake air temperatures and mitigate heat soak under heavy load.

The Private Label Mfg. (PLM) heat exchanger cooling kit provides a comprehensive solution for managing heat in Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG and CLS55 AMG models equipped with 5.5L supercharged engines. By significantly reducing intake air temperatures (IAT), this kit enables the engine to maintain peak horsepower and reliability during aggressive driving or when operating at higher boost levels. The system utilizes a non-epoxied, furnace-brazed core and CNC-machined billet aluminum necks for a precise, leak-free installation, offering 4000 square inches of fin surface area. This cooling kit includes a Johnson CM30 electric pump with a plug-and-play harness to optimize coolant circulation, along with Redline Water Wetter to boost overall thermal efficiency. The assembly is 100% TIG-welded for durability. Please note that while the kit is a direct bolt-on for the E55 AMG, CLS55 AMG applications require the drilling of two new holes for bracket mounting; no permanent cutting or modifications to the vehicle are necessary. Basic hand tools are required for completion. This unit is not compatible with SL55 AMG applications.
