The STANDARD IGNITION S7-442 is a contact set (points) designed to lubricate distributor cam lobes, reducing wear on the point set rubbing block and extending part life. It features a lubricated felt pad and tungsten contacts that run cooler and show less erosion. The copper-alloy shunt provides superior breakage resistance and increased current conductivity. This ignition component is pre-aligned and pre-adjusted to simplify installation and ensure proper switching.
