Polish Intercooler Pipe Kit

The HPS Polish Intercooler Pipe Complete Kit (Hot and Cold Side) is engineered as a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler piping and rubber hoses on the 2015-2020 Ford Mustang Ecoboost 2.3L Turbo. Constructed from lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, it features a less restrictive design with 2.5" OD for the hot side and 2.75" OD for the cold side, promoting better airflow compared to the factory components. The kit includes HPS high-temperature, 4-ply reinforced black silicone hoses and 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps. These robust hoses are designed to withstand a minimum of 50+ psi of boost and replace the often failure-prone factory rubber couplers. The bead-rolled pipe ends are incorporated to ensure that the couplers remain securely in place under boost pressure. The system is engineered to optimize and smooth air flow, leading to an increase in horsepower by +17.1 Whp and torque by +16.9 Ft/lbs, along with improved throttle response, without the need for an ECU re-tune. It is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket intercoolers that utilize the factory intercooler piping configuration.
