POLISHED ALUM SBC DUAL PLANE INTAKE

RPC spread bore dual plane intake manifolds boost performance, throttle response, and torque for 1955-1995 SBC 265-283-302-327-350-400 V8 engines. Crafted from high-quality cast aluminum, this manifold is available in polished finish (R1101POL). Its spread bore/square bore flange accommodates most non-EGR 4-barrel carburetors and is compatible with standard or straight-down intake bolt heads.

This manifold is made from durable cast aluminum, designed for an idle-5500 RPM range, and features a dual plane plenum with 4-corner water ports and dual distributor hold-downs. It includes a square bore adapter & gasket, choke plate, gasket & hardware, and mounting plugs for 87-95 SBC heads with straight-down bolts.

Installation requires separate intake manifold gaskets, mounting hardware, fittings, and a water neck. Recommended parts include Intake Manifold Bolt Kit: R7531S and a Small Block Chevy Water Neck. This manifold is a direct bolt-on upgrade for compatible SBC engines.

It fits a wide range of Chevrolet vehicles equipped with SBC V8s from 1955-1995, including various submodels of Camaro, Corvette, Bel Air, Impala, C10, Nova, and Chevelle. It is intended for off-road use and non-pollution controlled vehicles (1965 & older) and has not been tested or approved by CARB for highway vehicles in California or states with similar emissions regulations.
