The RedRock Cold Air Intake is engineered to boost the power and performance of your 2009-2014 5.3L GMC Yukon. By replacing the restrictive factory intake system with a high-flow filter assembly, this system enhances engine breathing, leading to noticeable gains in rear-wheel horsepower and torque, as well as improved throttle response. The intake tube is constructed from polished aluminum for a show-winning appearance under the hood. While it operates effectively with the original factory tune, AmericanTrucks recommends a custom tune for the vehicle's ECU to maximize the performance benefits from this intake. The included high-flow air filter features a multi-layer design with specially treated media to capture microscopic contaminants. This filter is reusable, meaning it can be cleaned, re-oiled, and reinstalled, offering long-term cost savings compared to disposable filters. The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware and detailed instructions. It is specifically designed to fit 2009-2014 5.3L GMC Yukon models. Replacement parts, such as air filters and hardware, are available separately.
