The Whitecap Industries S-0971B is a polished brass hollow base cleat. It features smooth, curved horns for easy wrapping and secure holding of dock lines, fender lines, and medium-duty mooring lines.

This cleat has a 6-1/2 inch length and a hollow base design that reduces weight while maintaining strength. It requires #10 fasteners for installation.
