The Sprint Filter PM35S is an innovative sports air filter constructed from high-tech polyester fabric, offering a significant advantage over traditional cotton air filters. This material allows for greater airflow, which translates to higher engine performance. The filter boasts an impressive service life of approximately 125,000 kilometers. Cleaning is straightforward; it can be done with a brush or compressed air, and remarkably, it does not require degreasing, oiling, or drying. The P08 filtering membrane is made of polyester threads with a 5-micron diameter. Its design utilizes a fold step of 8mm and a pleat height of 20mm, resulting in double the filtering surface area compared to other special filters. This construction ensures a constant filtration rate across all engine speeds. For cleaning, simply use compressed air in the reverse direction of intake to remove dust. If degreasing is needed due to oil seepage, the P08 filter can withstand any type of degreasing agent and can be safely blown dry with compressed air for immediate reinstallation. While it increases airflow over the stock filter, it maintains correct motorcycle operation. Sprint Filter air filters are used by many top motorcycle racing teams and do not require TÜV registration.
