The Mobil Polyrex EM 103 is a super-premium grease specifically engineered for the demanding requirements of electric-motor bearings. Its advanced thickener formulation, combined with proprietary manufacturing techniques, ensures enhanced bearing performance and extends the operational life of electric motors. Featuring an advanced polyurea thickener, Mobil Polyrex EM 103 demonstrates increased durability when subjected to mechanical shear forces compared to conventional polyurea greases. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance, providing robust protection against rust and corrosion for the lubricated components. While Mobil Polyrex EM offers additional protection under mild salt-water wash conditions, the Polyrex EM 103 variant focuses on superior performance in typical electric motor environments. With its low-noise properties, Mobil Polyrex EM is well-suited for lubrication of ball bearings in many noise-sensitive applications, ensuring quiet and efficient operation. This NLGI #3 grade grease comes in a 35.27 lb (16 kg) pail, providing a substantial quantity for industrial or extensive use.
