This kit includes 20mm (0.8 inch) front strut spacers and 20mm (0.8 inch) rear leaf spring spacers, along with reinforced stud bolts and a fitting kit. The total clearance increase is approximately 1 inch. Constructed from high-strength polyurethane with a Shore A hardness of 93A, these spacers offer advantages over metal alternatives, including an additional damping effect, durability without corrosion, and a more affordable price point. They are also useful for compensating for worn-out springs and for accommodating larger diameter wheels. This lift kit is compatible with various 2015-present Volvo models including the XC90, S90, S90L, V90, XC60, S60, V60 Cross Country, V90 Cross Country, and Polestar 1. However, it is explicitly stated that this kit is **not compatible with air suspension**. Additionally, the rear spring spacers are limited to 20mm to avoid necessary modifications to the spring cushion mount, as installing larger spacers can be impossible without significant rework. Installation requires an alignment after the procedure to ensure proper wheel mounting angles. For DIY installation, a spring compressor tool is recommended, and welding may be necessary if the old stud holes are wider than the new studs.
