The Zip Corvette 97-13 Polyurethane Suspension Bushing & Shaft Kit is a complete set designed to replace all factory rubber bushings with new polyurethane components. This kit maximizes suspension performance by delivering quicker steering response and more predictable handling.

It includes rear spring cushions, front control arm bushings, and rear control arm bushings, along with new steel shafts and retainers to simplify installation. The exclusive shaft and sleeve design replaces aluminum components with steel, reducing labor time by at least one-third.

The Zip Corvette 97-13 Polyurethane Suspension Bushing & Shaft Kit is engineered to significantly enhance your Corvette's suspension performance. This comprehensive kit replaces all original rubber bushings with high-performance polyurethane, resulting in sharper steering response and more consistent handling, whether on the street or the track. The kit features polyurethane bushings for the rear spring cushions, front control arms, and rear control arms. It also includes new steel shafts and retainers. Zip's innovative shaft and sleeve design utilizes steel components instead of aluminum, streamlining the installation process and reducing labor by an estimated third. This kit is proudly Made in the USA and is rated with an installation difficulty of 4 out of 5, indicating that mechanical experience is a definite plus and it's not recommended as a first project for inexperienced individuals. Installation is estimated to take a minimum of 2-3 hours. Note: This kit fits all 1997-2004 Corvettes and 2005-2013 Corvettes, with the exception of C6 Z06/ZR1 models. For C6 Z06/ZR1 applications, please refer to Zip # SU-1483. It is also noted that the original front lower control arm bolt washer/spacer must be used.
