The Tomei Poncam 258/266 camshaft set is engineered for the VR38DETT engine found in the Nissan R35 GT-R, specifically for model years 2009 and newer. This comprehensive set includes four camshafts, comprising two intake and two exhaust units, providing a direct upgrade for your vehicle's valvetrain. Engineered for optimal performance, these camshafts feature a 258° intake duration with 10.30mm max lift and a 266° exhaust duration also with 10.30mm max lift. The design incorporates pre-set valve timing for ease of installation and consistent operation. They are optimized to work seamlessly with stock valve springs and are ideally suited for vehicles utilizing stock or bolt-on turbocharger setups, aiming to deliver noticeable and linear performance improvements while maintaining stable idling characteristics. Specifications for the intake camshafts include a 258° duration, 10.30mm max cam lift, 10.00mm max valve lift, 0.30mm cold valve clearance, a 124.0° valve timing centerline, and a Φ35.4 base circle. The exhaust camshafts offer a 266° duration, 10.30mm max cam lift, 9.97mm max valve lift, 0.33mm cold valve clearance, a 115.0° valve timing centerline, and a Φ35.4 base circle.
