Description

The United Engine & Machine Co KB222.030 is a set of eight hypereutectic pistons designed for Pontiac 455 engines. These pistons feature a flat top with 6cc volume and 2 valve reliefs, with a compression height of 1.490 inches.

They are engineered with a low-expansion 390 alloy and 16% silicon for tighter running clearance. The pistons include fully machined head and valve reliefs, triple spiral lock rings, CNC-machined pin bores, accumulator grooves, machined oil returns, diamond-finished skirts, and mini grooves to reduce scuffing. Wrist pins and spiral locks are included, but piston rings are not.
