JE Pistons 353246 is a forged piston set for Porsche 911 3.0L engines with a 95mm bore and 9.5:1 compression ratio. The kit includes rings, pins, and clips. These pistons are machined using advanced CNC technologies and are made from 2618 T6 high tensile forged aluminum. They feature contact reduction grooves, accumulator grooves, anti-friction skirt coating, lightweight design with 3D piston undercrown milling, pin fitting, wire locks, split oil returns, broche oilers, 9310 high carbon alloy (or) tool steel wrist pins, and low tension piston rings for Nikasil-plated bores. The FSR (Forged Side Relief) design incorporates asymmetrical skirt technology for reduced friction and mass, while providing a more rigid and durable platform, suitable for higher boost levels or heavy nitrous usage. FSR pistons also include offset pins for quiet operation and a smooth finished crown process for excellent flame travel.
