The Straightline-motorsports Porsche 991.1 GT3 and GT3RS Twin Turbo Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your GT3 or GT3RS. Each kit is meticulously hand-built in-house at their South Florida facility, utilizing premium components to ensure superior performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability. At the core of this kit are hand-built turbo manifolds crafted from durable 321 stainless steel, designed to efficiently channel exhaust gases into a pair of Garrett G30-660 ball-bearing turbochargers. This setup promotes rapid spool-up and exceptional power delivery. The exhaust gases then exit through a robust 3-inch stainless steel exhaust system, complete with Straightline's signature GT slash-cut tips. For optimal engine performance, the kit incorporates high-flow K&N air filters that feed into a Garrett liquid-to-air intercooler. This system delivers cool, dense air directly to the engine, maximizing combustion efficiency and power output. When the throttle closes, excess boost pressure is safely managed by a Turbosmart Gen V Blow-Off Valve, while dual Turbosmart 45mm Gen V wastegates ensure precise boost pressure regulation. All components are fully integrated and optimized through custom ECU and PDK transmission tuning. This ensures seamless drivability, controlled power delivery, and peak performance. The comprehensive kit includes: (2) 321 SS Turbo Manifolds, (2) 321 SS Turbo Inlet Tubes, (2) Garrett G30-660 Turbos, (2) 1.75’ SS Dump Tubes, (2) 3’ SS exhaust systems with GT slash cut tips, (2) 3` aluminum turbo inlet pipes with shields, (2) K&N high-flow air filters, (2) 2’ aluminum charge pipes with Vibrant Vanjen clamps, (1) Garrett Liquid to air intercooler, (2) Heat exchangers for the intercooler, (1) Water tank with a built-in pump, (1) Oil catch can, and (2) Oil return tanks. All necessary lines, fittings, hardware, and ECU/PDK tuning are included for a complete installation.
