Port Injection Intake Manifold

The Phoenix Racing Port Injection Intake Manifold is engineered to replace the weaker factory plastic N54 and N55 intake manifolds. Constructed from high-strength aluminum, this manifold provides a direct fit while offering significantly increased flow and superior durability. Its design incorporates integrated top-mount port injection bungs, strategically placed for optimal injector spray patterns, and expansion vacuum ports that are ideal for referencing larger blow-off valves, connecting additional gauges, or installing Hobb's switches. The manifold ensures all factory connections are maintained for a seamless installation. This intake manifold is available with or without optional calibrated injectors and plug-and-play fuel lines, allowing you to configure it based on your specific fueling needs. This intake manifold is designed for all N54 and N55 engines, including a wide range of BMW models such as the E60 535i, E81/E82/E87/E88 135i, E90/E91/E92/E93 335i, F10 535i, F30 335i, F32 435i, and F87 M2, among others. It's important to select the correct engine variant (N54 or N55) when ordering, and optional fuel injectors (550cc, 750cc, 950cc) and a PI controller can also be specified.
