The Thoroughbred Diesel Ported Fuel Rail Fitting is engineered to enhance the fuel system performance of GM 6.6L Duramax engines manufactured between 2004.5 and 2010, specifically models LLY, LBZ, and LMM. By increasing the available fuel flow volume from the CP3 pump to the fuel rail, this fitting supports maximum efficient and clean horsepower output. The design benefits both driver and passenger side fuel rails, as the driver side feeds the passenger side. For race or Duel Fueler applications, while the driver side fitting is required, the addition of a passenger side fitting is strongly recommended. Installation is straightforward, with complete, detailed instructions included to ensure correct fitment and ease of installation. The product is emissions legal for all 50 states under Executive Order D-701-31. It is important to note that this is a performance product. Lubricate the threads and end of the fitting with petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and torque to 52 ft-lbs during installation. This ported fuel rail fitting is compatible with 2004-2010 Chevy Silverado 2500/3500 and 2004-2010 GMC Sierra 2500/3500 models.
