The Eaton Posi limited-slip differential (LSD) is engineered for GM Chevy 12-bolt car rear axles, offering enhanced traction control for various applications. When torque increases, these clutch packs grab effectively, transferring power to the wheel with superior grip for improved stability and control. This differential is built with precision-forged gears and features a clutch-type design for automatic and rebuildable operation. It is compatible with 3.08 to 3.90 gear ratios and requires an 8.875-inch ring gear size. Key specifications include a 30-spline count and a 1.29-inch axle shaft diameter, with a 12-bolt cover configuration.
