Description
These pads are manufactured using a positive molding process, similar to Original Equipment suppliers, which compresses the friction material and bonds it to the backing plate. This ensures consistent friction material density, resulting in even wear and reliable performance throughout the life of the pad. They are 100% scorched for easy bed-in and 100% shimmed to eliminate noise and vibration. The friction material is integrally molded to the backing plate and is asbestos-free.
