The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly is a meticulously remanufactured differential designed for GM 14 Bolt 9.5-inch axles, featuring a 3.42 gear ratio and positraction for enhanced performance. This axle assembly undergoes a comprehensive remanufacturing process. All housings are expertly cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing method to restore them to an OEM finish. Critically, it includes 100% replacement of essential wear components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Furthermore, every internal part, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergoes a thorough 100% inspection to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. Housings are also meticulously tested for surface wear and cracks, and all tubes are straightened to meet OEM specifications, ensuring structural integrity and precise alignment. Correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precision setup and extended durability. This assembly is designed for GM 14 Bolt 9.5-inch axles.
