The re-engineered Rockford Fosgate Power T1S2-10S subwoofer series delivers next-level reliability and tactile bass performance, offering improved responsiveness and exceptional thermal management. This specific model, the T1S2-10S, is the sealed enclosure version, making it ideal for closed environments like truck cabs. Constructed with a supercritical synthetic organic polymer surround created through an NCDI (Nano-Cell Direct Injection) molding process, this subwoofer ensures high efficiency and low distortion with excellent low-end bass extension, while being resistant to dry rot. The voice coil former is made from a high-performance composite material rigorously tested to withstand extreme heat and minimize motor distortion. It features dual spiders for enhanced bass response and an aluminum spider spacer to dissipate thermal build-up. The T1S2-10S boasts a 500-watt RMS power handling and a 1000-watt max power handling. Its frequency response ranges from 27 Hz to 250 Hz. Key technologies include VCCF (Voice Coil Composite Former), Dual Spiders, and IDHS™ (Inductive Damping Heat Sink) to improve system efficiency and reduce distortion. The subwoofer is CTA-2031 compliant and Klippel Verified.
