The Dynojet Power Commander V (PCV) is a compact fuel and ignition controller engineered for the Yamaha Grizzly 700 FI models from 2007-2013. This unit is significantly smaller than its predecessor, the PCIIIusb, making installation more convenient. Power is supplied via USB connection to a computer, removing the requirement for a separate 9-volt adapter during programming. Key features of the PCV include a built-in 2-position map switching capability, allowing for on-the-fly adjustments (map switch sold separately). It also incorporates a gear input, enabling the system to modify fuel maps based on the current gear and vehicle speed. An analog input allows for the integration of a 0-5 volt sensor, such as a boost or temperature sensor, to build custom adjustment tables. When the gear position input is connected, the PCV can optimize fuel delivery for each cylinder individually for every gear, potentially creating up to 24 separate fuel tables on a four-cylinder, six-speed transmission vehicle. The fuel change range has been expanded to -100/+250%, accommodating a wider range of modifications for sportbikes. The software is compatible with Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista and opens all maps with the .djm extension. A USB cable and a 9V battery power adapter are included in the package.
