Power-Division 32mm Exhaust Valves

The GSC Power-Division GSC2011-8 Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves are designed as a direct fit for Subaru models, specifically the 2002-2014 WRX and 2004+ STI. These 32mm valves are engineered using advanced 3D design simulations for a robust and efficient valve head. They are constructed from modified 23-8n stainless steel, offering high heat capacity while maintaining longevity. Key features include swirl polished heads for smoother airflow, a back-cut design to reduce valve weight for higher RPM operation and more aggressive cam profiles without increased valve spring pressure, and micro-polished valve stems to minimize oil retention and reduce stem-to-guide drag. The fully nitrated process enhances valve life, provides a better seal at the valve seat for improved cylinder pressure, and reduces carbon buildup. The valve tips are either hardened or feature a stellite wafer tip, fused to ensure the tip hardness is within 5 Rockwell C of the rocker or valve tappet for extended life and reduced wear. GSC has also adjusted the tip heights to require less tipping of the valve for proper valvetrain geometry and reduced installation time. The keeper groove is adjusted to balance intake and exhaust spring pressures, minimizing the need for valve spring shims and maximizing performance with GSC spring and retainer kits. These valves are compatible with OEM keepers/locks or GSC's upgraded versions (though reusing old valve locks is not recommended for performance applications due to material grooving). This set includes eight exhaust valves.
