Overview

The AutoLoc PK-241011789 is an automated power hinge kit for 1955-1959 Chevrolet Task Force heavy-duty 2-door vehicles. This kit includes two heavy-duty 12V linear actuators with 200 lb lift capacity and 8-inch stroke. It also comes with rocker switches, wiring harnesses, and 40 Amp relays.

The power actuator kit allows for independent opening and closing of doors via simple push-button control. The actuators feature built-in limit switches, are permanently sealed and lubricated, and have a steel body with metal bearing mounts. The stroke is adjustable to program custom run times and push/pull settings when used with optional AutoLöc motor control modules.

The AutoLoc PK-241011789 is a heavy-duty automated power hinge kit designed for 1955-1959 Chevrolet Task Force 2-door vehicles. This comprehensive kit includes two high-torque screw drive linear actuators, each capable of a 200 lb lift capacity and an 8-inch travel stroke. The system is powered by 12V and includes two rocker switches with integrated wiring harnesses and four 40 Amp relays for robust operation. The actuators are built with a durable steel body, metal bearing mounts, and are permanently sealed and lubricated for longevity. Key features of the actuators include built-in limit switches that enable programming of custom run times and push/pull settings when paired with AutoLöc motor control modules. The stroke length is also adjustable, allowing users to limit the travel to as little as 4 inches by setting start and stop points at the motor's base. While this kit provides the core components for automated doors, please note that AutoLöc motor control modules are sold separately. Various options are available, including modules with 2, 4, 6, or 8 presets (SKU: 9787, 9788, 9789, 9790 respectively).
