The AudioControl PNW-525 is a 5.25-inch, 2-way coaxial speaker engineered to deliver premium sound quality and unmatched performance. It boasts a rigid poly mica-coated cone for optimized sound reproduction and a rear dampened hybrid silk dome tweeter for an extended frequency response. The concentric point source design ensures a seamless transition from the midrange to the tweeter, aligning their output for improved sound clarity. Constructed with an edge-enhanced steel frame for added structural strength and a black anodized voice coil former for superior heat dissipation, these speakers are built for durability and enhanced power handling. They are rated for 50W RMS and 75W Max power, with a frequency response of 75-20k Hz and an impedance of 3 ohms. The crossover features a Butterworth design with a -6 dB slope at 5250 Hz. The PNW-525 is designed to fit most modern OEM speaker locations. For optimal performance, consider pairing these speakers with AudioControl's Spike or Space series subwoofers.
