The Bosio Power Plus 764 nozzle set is engineered for TDI engines, specifically for tuning or race applications using mechanical injectors. These nozzles provide a significant flow increase, rated at +103% over the stock 90hp Bosch DSLA 150P 706 nozzle. Each nozzle features a .226" hole size and DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating on the needle and sliding surfaces, which increases nozzle life by 3-4 fold and provides tighter tolerances for improved precision and reduced internal leakage. The optimized hole geometry aims for improved atomization and dispersion, leading to greater efficiency, faster fuel delivery, and more power and torque with less pump displacement volume. Supporting power outputs from 120-210hp with appropriate modifications, the Power Plus 764 nozzles are covered by a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty. They offer variable staged flow settings (1-5 and Custom) at no additional charge, with specific stages catering to different horsepower ranges (Stage I: 120-160hp, Stage II: 140-170hp, Stage III: 150-190hp, Stage IV: 160-200hp, Stage V: 200+hp). An important note for ordering: Customers must confirm their vehicle's injector harness connector type, as 2002.5 model years can have older (1996-2002.5) or newer (2003) connectors.
