Overview

The BBK Performance Power-Plus Series throttle body is a 65mm high-flow direct replacement for restrictive stock units. It is CNC machined from 356 aluminum and assembled with OEM-style linkages, double-sealed bearings, and o-ringed throttle shafts. This throttle body offers improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response with OEM driveability and works with the vehicle's factory tune, requiring no tune.

The BBK Performance Power-Plus Series throttle body is engineered as a direct, high-flow replacement for your vehicle's stock throttle body. Featuring a 65mm bore size, this unit is CNC machined from a new 356 aluminum casting and assembled with OEM-style die-stamped throttle linkages, double-sealed bearings, and o-ringed throttle shafts for optimal performance and durability. Crucially, this throttle body works with the vehicle's factory tune, meaning no additional tuning is required for installation. It includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a complete installation. Note that an EGR spacer (PN 1518) is required for installation, and this throttle body will NOT fit a 1986 Mustang with an automatic transmission.
