Description

The USA Standard Gear ZSG7504 power steering gear box is a direct replacement for worn steering components, addressing issues like vague steering, floaty sensations, lane drifting, and imprecise cornering. Its powdercoated black finish and robust construction ensure durability. Key specifications include a 17:1 steering ratio with 4.06 total turns lock-to-lock. The input shaft measures 0.725 inches with 35 splines (blank and groove), while the output shaft has 32 splines. It features power assistance, three mounting holes, and specific pressure (1/2 x 20) and return (5/8 x 18) port thread sizes. It is specifically designed to fit 1968-1979 Ford F-100, F-250, and F-350 models, as well as 1975-1979 Ford F-150 2WD models equipped with Ford steering gear and power steering.
