Power Steering Pump Relocation Kit

This kit offers a clean solution for engine bay aesthetics by relocating the factory power steering pump to the lower position previously occupied by the AC compressor. It is designed to work with the 02-04 RSX Type-S power steering pump, providing a factory hydraulic functionality solution as an alternative to electric setups. This kit includes a relocation bracket, AN fittings for the power steering pump ( -6AN for 02-04 RSX) and the steering rack, a high-pressure hose, and 18 inches of hose for the overflow bottle and cooler, along with all necessary clamps and hardware. The power steering pump bracket features dual mounting positions, allowing for adjustment to accommodate clearance with the subframe and accessories. The overflow fitting on the pump provides 360-degree swivel for optimal hose routing and custom mounting. Note that for K-swapped vehicles, you may need to source your own 3/8 high-pressure hose for the return line to the overflow bottle. Installation of this kit requires the removal of the air conditioning system. The power steering line may also be louder than stock after installation. It is important to note that the 05-06 RSX features a larger pump with greater flow and a larger diameter line and fitting at the rack, distinguishing it from the 02-04 RSX setup. Additionally, this kit will not fit EK chassis vehicles equipped with the EKK1 mount kit.
