It features 800 Watts RMS power handling and 1600 Watts Max power handling. The subwoofer includes a grille with an integral trim ring and utilizes patented VAST technology to increase cone area for enhanced performance.

The Rockford Fosgate Power Series T1D412 is a 12-inch dual 4-Ohm subwoofer engineered to deliver exceptional sound quality and powerful bass. Constructed with a rigid die-cast aluminum basket and an anodized aluminum voice coil former, this subwoofer is built for durability and superior heat dissipation. The Kevlar fiber reinforced paper cone and symmetrical dual progressive roll tear-resistant poly-cotton spiders contribute to its robust design. It also features stitched tinsel leads for improved reliability and performance, and an inductive damping heat sink to reduce distortion and manage voice coil temperature. With 800 Watts RMS power handling and a maximum power handling of 1600 Watts, the T1D412 is designed to produce significant low-frequency output. The included grille with an integral trim ring adds to its aesthetic appeal. It features a 3-inch voice coil diameter and a sensitivity of 85 dB (at 1w/1m), adhering to CEA-2031 industry standards for power handling. Installation is facilitated by its FlexFit basket, which offers flexibility for various installation scenarios, and proprietary 8 AWG insulated all-metal input spring terminals for secure connections. The dual 4-Ohm voice coils allow for flexible wiring configurations using the SWIFT™ terminals.
